Iqbal (Loughborough Road Branch) had dealt with the recent sale of my house. The service provided by him was truly outstanding. He was approachable, highly efficient, responsive and proactive throughout the sale of my house and explained the whole process very well and clearly. He was always available to answer any questions I had no matter how small or silly they were! Whilst the process of selling a house is very stressful, Iqbal ensured that the entire process went smoothly and he took care of everything for me right from the start of the sale to handing the keys over to the new buyer. I did not even have to come to Leicester at all since I live in a different city! Iqbal very professionally took care of everything for me, it was absolutely amazing! Iqbal is truly an asset to this firm and we are grateful for such an incredibly service provided by him. I doubt customers will get this level of professional and honest guidance and support from other estate agents.
