This was the first time that we had to leave Waffles with anyone else, and Helen provided exactly the caring family environment that we were looking for. She delivered the perfect blend of professionalism and caring - extremely professional in terms of organisation and logistics (including arranging an orientation visit for us to bring Waffles to her home to get comfortable ahead of his stay), whilst providing a loving and caring family environment during his stay. Waffles clearly loved the care and attention he received from Helen and her family, and we received regular updates and photos to keep us reassured whilst we were away.
