We used Scamps and Champs for the first time over Christmas 2019 as we were going away for 10 days and needed someone to feed our cat Ripley. We were really impressed with the service - from the first email Helen was quick to respond and explain how it all worked, and we got to meet both Helen and David who would be feeding Ripley before we got it all officially booked in. The online system was easy to use and when we were away we loved receiving the daily updates with info about what Ripley was up to and pictures of her. David even kindly changed our cat flap batteries when we realised they might be running low! We came home to a very happy cat and would definitely use Scamps and Champs again - thanks so much for taking such good care of Ripley.
