I recently sat the CII R03 exam here. It was a great experience. I was very nervous on arrival & the invigilator was so friendly & welcoming. Her name was Donna & she knew my name as I walked through the door which I thought was a really nice touch. Donna asked how I was feeling & suggested I relax & take a seat whilst the ID checks were completed. Donna was aware of the exam & its potential difficulties. Great awareness & a warm, friendly customer service experience.
