We had Richard clean our 10 year old oven in November and I am still a little traumatised by his visit. He did leave a very clean oven and a job well done but both me and my husband were amazed at how grumpy and intolerant he was at having to clean a rusted oven that has been used daily for over 10 years in a very busy household with a large family. He grumbled the whole time (not of it being unclean) but of how I had allowed it to become rusty. It is our third oven in 37 years and has been used for a very large family which does a huge amount of cooking and catering. I certainly would not use his services again due to his attitude though he did do a good job on the oven. I felt very intimidated by his attitude and glad that I was not alone that day. It was certainly not worth the angst at having him in our home.
