Shocking company. Nearly a week since I requested a withdrawal and no indication that they intend to process it. If they ever reply to your emails at all, it is just to repeat in parrot fashion that their process time is 24-48 hours - but they have been saying the same thing for the last 5 days. The absolute worst of a bad bunch.
