This is MY FIRST REVIEW so please let me HIGHLIGHT how serious I am.Scam, please avoid Money loss! Unhelpful customer service.My partner setup an account with them through the signup page (enticed by the nice looking offer £30 free for new customers). We are based in the UK, signed up through the .co.uk website and yet the account was created in euros!!!In addition because the deposit took 30 euros instead of £30 it exchanged to £27 in the bank and yet NetBet claimed it was only £26. This meant she didn't even qualify for the sign up offers at the end of everything!We first realised the issue when noticing bank charges for deposits. We spoke to support and they blamed the issue on us saying we selected it during sign up. When checking the sign up page however this is all defaulted as GBP and isn't something that we changed. When I asked if they would reimburse use if we could we prove it to them they said yes but..."It must be seen clearly in a video". Ok we get a video going to create me an account and guess what... they have blocked our home address / IP from allowing new sign ups, despite using all of my details (instead of my partners account). - I am convinced to stop us from proving it to them.They also claimed with regard to it being in Euros "It might have been put there by the system, you had to change it to GBP". Again .co.uk site, UK address, UK IP + Geolocation (also defaults to GBP).And to top it off the customer service agent closed the chat after 3 minutes when I was looking at the sign up form again when the clock said 8 minutes to respond!Please don't be enticed by their offer and avoid the hassle and money loss!
