My partner who is a gambler addict took money from account top place bets without my knowledge and lost all my savings + the money we were supposed to use to buy a house (years of hard work and savings) but also our baby boy's money.I contacted their customer service and provided all the information they asked for (even bank statements) to prove that I was really who I said I am. It's a total of 25,000 euros all gone.Of course as a gambler addict he said nothing to me and I discovered it by myself.After all the contacts with NetBet the only explanation I got is that there is nothing they can do because the money has been used.Honestly they should be ashamed. Of course the money is gone you morons!!!!
