Excellent initial contact. Very proactive with marketing and achieved a very good price for the property. Poor communication, continued to call the wrong mobile number and held the wrong lead person as main POC despite being told numerous times. This was throughout the process. The appointed Conveyancer ‘DC Law’ which was part of the ‘bundle’ offered by Miller Metcalfe was beyond a joke. DC Law are nothing more than a call centre with too many cases to remain proactive. DC Law: Never returned calls as promised. Have a standard answer each and every time I asked for an update on the sale which was “we’re answering enquires made by the buyers solicitor”. Did nothing concurrently to expedite the sale.
