I visited Skelmersdale store today to print off a selection of photos for my daughter's 50th birthday. I am not au fait with technology today but I came out of your store today absolutelly impressed with a wonderful lady who not only knew her job inside out but...........surpassed what was expected of her. Not only was she on her own observing current guidelines but dealing with 5 customers with the best customer service I have experienced since my days of working in G H Lee Liverpool. This lady should not have been on her own but she dealt with each customer as if they were the only ones in the store. This Lady should be brought to your attention and recognised for her value to your company. Thankyou
