We had been unsuccessful in obtaining a suitablepassport photo at MS Haslingden, so went to the shop at Asda, Rawtenstall. Despite being really busy Sarah was professional, competent, patient and kind. She took photographs of me and my husband, which were immediately acceptable. I showed her the ones from the booth at that point, and she recognised that it wasn't my fault. Sarah rang the service section and they knew what the problem was and advised her to deduct the £6 we thought we had lost. Altogether Sarah made this a positive and enjoyable experience. She is absolutely brilliant and I will recommend friends and family to visit this shop.
