We had a bereavement and needed photos printing and dry cleaning carried out. Barry ( Baz) was covering for the Store Manager and was absolutely brilliant, he sorted out a tricky issue with the photos and arranged for the dry cleaning to be returned in time for the funeral, taking some of his own time to do so.
