You should be embarassed by the quality of your service: Used the 1hr online service to print a handful of 7x5" school photos of my boys for the family. Picked up the prints in the Lancaster store. Absolutely terrible. Washed out, unsharp and over-exposed. I'd have had better colour accuracy if I'd asked the boys to draw a self-portrait in crayon. Walked round the corner to Wilkinson's Cameras to use their instant print machine - hey presto! Although their paper is thin and curled off the roll, the colours, exposure and contrast were spot on.
