I went into your store to have my photos put onto a disc as I had lost all of my photos previously and did not want this to happen again. Whilst I was in the shop, I was explaining to the lady that I had lost my photos and been in touch with both my service provider and my phone manufacturer and none of them could help me. She said she would be able to put all of my photos and videos onto a USB, she then showed me which ones would go onto the USB and to my surprise, she found all of the photos that I thought I had lost. It is such a pleasure to visit a shop that has great customer service and great knowledge about what they are doing. Thank you so much, I will be returning again.
