Visited the store today and there were 3 members of staff a lovely young girl served us on the till who was friendly . The other two members of staff were more interested in burning toast and cups of tea on the shop floor!!! The shop was not busy and no one helped us at all or welcomed us I tried to ask for help but staff more interested in cleaning and jobs. Mixed up my order due to not using self service very often and the assistant couldn’t have been more unhelpful asked if I could cancel the order because I pressed one hour service instead of instant she said no they have started printing they will be half an hour at most while swigging her tea! I understand it was my mistake but if the help and kindness was there I wouldn’t feel the need to write this!
