Further to my recent full review I wanted to give some more specific details! It was two female staff members on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (unsure on exactly which day) w/c 2nd March 2020 who were just ace to deal with! Hopefully they get the credit they deserve and say thanks again from me, hopefully they'll know who with the dinosaur reference!
