I have just ordered three 30x20" canvass prints at £186. I selected the same day service on a Sunday morning expecting to at least be able to pick up the prints on a Monday afternoon. One hour after my order was placed the Congleton shop rang me and said it would be at least seven days due to Christmas demand. Whilst I understand and do not object it would have been more honest to make that clear on your web site during the ordering process. Not the standard of service I expect from a company or your status and size.
