My visit was great I had 4 lots of photos done I was told that the online code lasts for 1 month but I couldn't use the code in time when I came to use the photos provided for my passport application I was told the photos where not good enough. I went back to the shop and was told by one of the assistants that because it was over a month old I could not use any of the printed photos or the digital ones and was told I would just have to pay again so I wasted 40 pound if I had been told this to start with I would not of had them done I wasn't offered any other help apart from just have to pay again I think this is ridiculous as it's a lot of mo ey for something I can't use
