I visited the store in Accrington, of which the member of staff - Vicky was getting ready to go home - coat on and shutting all systems down for closing. I sent my photograph via the website and this didn't work as internet was down, Vicky came over and tried this a number of times. After rebooting the internet, Vicky advised me to Bluetooth this photograph to another computer of which Vicky quite kindly turned on for me. Vicky is a credit to your company, she was polite and tried her upmost to help me as I really did need this photograph as it was evidence in a letter, of which needed to be handed in asap. If more shops had staff like Vicky it would be a better place. Big thank-you Vicky xx :)
