Unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this agency if you are looking for work.

We are an introducer and whilst we will interview every candidate individually, can never guarantee that anyone will get a job through us as the actual employment of candidates falls, quite rightly, with the families we work with. We are truly sorry you feel this way, but don’t quite understand what it is about our service that you find unprofessional. On the contrary, we have hundreds of happy families and candidates. If you would like to give our office a call we would happily look at the issues you have raised and hopefully deal with them to your satisfaction.
