I rented a property through M&M for a year and was deeply unimpressed. Repairs and rennovations were incorrect on a number of occasions - once they replaced the blinds for the wrong bedroom; another time the lights were replaced leaving a number of large holes in the ceiling and a room without any lighting. They were slow to respond and seemed unable to remember where in proceedings we were, for example, when trying to get our deposit back (which took over a month) they lost our end of tenancy paperwork (in their inbox from a couple of weeks before) and then told us on 3 separate occasions over the span of almost a month that our deposit would be returned on that day. As a tenant I found them to be one of the worst letting agents I've rented through, and I'm sure the blunders must really add to the cost to the landlord.
