Had a great experience using this agency, specifically through the help of Alex at the Newington Green branch. Alex was helpful, responsive, friendly and professional throughout the process. Given these uncertain times, we were really surprised and pleased with how smoothly the rental process went. It's the first time we've had a positive experience with an agency! There was no worry of a hidden agenda, or pressure to put forward an offer we weren't 100% pleased with. Overall we would highly recommend and will certainly look to use them again in the future.
