Used M&M for a year as a tenant and would certainly NOT recommend them! Highly incompetent as they were very slow to implement several repairs/renovations and also made mistakes when they did finally do something. It also took a long time to get our deposit back and that was after we reminded them over email multiple times. They promised to return it on the day but of course that didn't happen. I have lived in London for 6 years and have used various letting agencies. This has definitely been the worst experience!
