Rent increases let down the helpful courteous staff. If you have a storage facility that is a good price it will not stay like that for long. I have resisted but they try to increase prices more than once a year. They tried to put it up by 27% in March I reduced it down to 20% and now I am being hit with anouther 20% in October. This makes the increase so far to 44% in one year. They understand that once your stuff is stored they have a captive customer. If you are a person that does not dispute these costs then the figure could be 50% plus not a good deal as you thought!!!!
