Chichester - From the first moment I walked into Lok n Store one Sunday afternoon in March I was welcomed by Mat (The Manager) and have been looked after every since. He showed me around the various sized units so I could get a good visual understanding of space and then he worked out accurately the size of unit I needed. The payment side was explained fully and clearly. The storage units are easily accessible, clean and well lit with trolleys and lift available for customer use. The customer service is excellent - the staff cheerful and helpful. Moving home and storing personal belongings is always an exhausting, busy and emotional time but Lok n Store have ensured the process has gone smoothly. Thank you so much.
