What a great job Alan did for us yesterday, my husband snapped the wrong key in our front door lock and we could not open it, I called a Alan and he turned up within 15 mins, he managed to get the door open and advised the lock should be changed to a safer one, he changed it for a Euro lock with a thumb turn making it easy to lock and unlock from the inside, we now feel very safe many thanks to Alan’s skills, we highly recommend him to all
