5 star service from start to finish! Steve came out to rescue me when locked out of my house in the rain last week. He arrived within 15 minutes of my call and even let me sit in his van whilst he worked! Turns out I had very poor locks so following his clearly very knowledgeable advice, I opted to upgrade both front and back doors. Better yet they both have the same key!!! Steve is a lovely guy with a lot of knowledge that I will be recommending to everyone!!!
