The locking system on our 30 year old double glazed aluminium door failed and when I contacted a couple of locksmiths I was told It was not possible to obtain parts for it. Then I rang Lee and who seemed sure he could source parts and repair it. He said he would be with us within 2 hours and he was. He soon identified the problem, made a few phone calls and ordered the required parts. He then managed to fit a temporary locking mechanism to secure the door until the new parts arrived. True to his word he then returned as soon had the correct locking system. I’m sure the repair took longer than he expected due to complexity of the lock mechanism but he honoured the quote he gave us. The door is now working perfectly again. I certainly recommend Lee for his skill and superb customer service.
