As a management agency they are mediocre at best. Giuseppe Lopiccolo promises a lot, but not doing much. They often leave their tenants on their own with the property's problems. In our case they even forgot to return the deposit at the end of tenancy, which resulted in a deposit dispute. So my advice - avoid them at any cost!

The slight delay was because we required quotations to repair the damages identified on your check-out report. Unfortunately when there are damages we must follow a process to ensure that we can propose the correct amount of deductions.
