After the first week (out of the 4 week trial), I knew that I’ll be joining the ladies’ classes! Amazing atmosphere and fun and approachable coaches! I enjoy every session and love being surrounded by strong and empowered women! I always leave the class happier and feeling more positive. I highly recommend the class especially for beginners such as myself. I can’t wait to progress and gain more confidence.
