absolutely disgusting. I paid for a coat, a top and a pair of £130 Italian designer rhinestone trousers to be dry cleaned last Thursday. I went in on Saturday to pick them up and guess what the trousers have gone!! Apparently given in error to a gentleman who had brought in and picked up dry cleaning. I was told someone from the store would ring me. I rang back today and the gentleman hadn't returned yet.!!! What happens if he doesn't bring them back??? I will be cancelling my Johnsons card. I will be seeking compensation.
