This was a gentleman's watch that needed a new wristband. It was a wide band and difficult to remove and to fit. The two employees were determined to do it properly and spent 10 to 15 minutes as it was so awkward. Eventually the lady assistant, who has only recently started to work there, managed to get it done, as it was a job requiring very deft fingers. Our thanks to them both.
