I have bought 3 new Rav 4 cars from this dealer in the past and always found them to be brilliant. The only thing I found this time, was that, when my car arrived it had to have a brake part fitted. This part took nearly 3 weeks to arrive, after my car was delivered, so I was not very pleased. This was not a fault of the dealer, but from their supplier. I have always found this dealer and salesmen to be of the highest quality .
