Craig and Stuart at Lancaster Jaguar Reading were exceptional. I travelled from the north west, 200miles for their service. My queries were dealt with promptly and had me in the vehicle in a week. All the paperwork was undertaken rapidly and also accommodate a Saturday to work around my schedule. I can honestly say Craig has gone over and beyond to find me this vehicle. Customer service is at the forefront of doing business these days - Craig and Stuart seem to appreciate this - and it's seems to be clear.
