We sold through JP in September 2016 and looking back on it we were pleased with their service. I appreciated that Ewen and the team kept us honestly appraised of the prospects given the state of the market and the feedback from viewings. It was slow at times but they were always available to discuss matters and keep me reassured. When we did sell and in turn buy our new home they managed the process towards exchange and completion well, helping me to navigate through the inevitable obstacles that get put in the way.
