Very unprofessional. Couldn’t even be bothered to tell us if an offer had been accepted. When calling the next day we got “Oh yes, it’s a no! “. Then when I asked why I wasn’t contacted I got told “ We did didn’t we!” Staff need customer service training. Manager was apologetic.
