Excellent service from Danny and his team. Danny attended my property promptly to quote for the job. Very transparent pricing which was well explained. My job was not straight forward because the boiler had to be moved from its upstairs location to downstairs. Some other companies said that it could not be done, but Danny was clearly experienced and talked me through what needed to be done with ease. I found some other companies quite irritating because they were already complaining about how much work it would be to do the job. Danny clearly knew what he was doing and found practical solutions to meet my requirements. Three men attended on the installation day and it was completed in one day which was great. They were all very polite and friendly and left my house clean and tidy. They had to return after two weeks to put chemicals through the system but could not attend on the day we planned due to the Lockdown. However, they had to attend at a later date to make sure conditions of the guarantee were met. I had a Worcester Bosch boiler installed and I am very happy with it and the service received. I would highly recommend HEH for this type of work. Excellent service and good customer care - thanks Danny!
