I had the pleasure of doing a 5 day live aboard on the Similan Explorer back in May. Luca and his team are extremely knowledgeable and know the islands well. I liked the small groups, which also made it easy to get to know everyone. The boat was nice and comfortable. The boat crew was top notch, warm and welcoming. The food...OMG the food! It was outstanding! I looked at other companies but they were more commercialized and larger groups. I'm glad I went with the Similan Explorer for a more relaxed experience. Luca and his team have a way of making you feel like home. I can't think of a better way to spend 5 days!
