I booked through Jim Abernathy then on the day of the dive, came to find out that they sold our reservation to Pura Vida without telling us. They also didn't transfer any of our diving information to Pura Vida so they didn't know our experience level or that we needed to rent specific gear. This created confusion and a big delay as everything got sorted out. Not impressed with their level of professionalism at all. Pura Vida, on the other hand, was wonderful. I highly recommend booking directly through them.
