so unhappy about the billing system at this place. I know NHS dentists are under the cosh for funding. I'm a teacher in an inner city comprehensive, I know the problems with funding cuts, but this place has improperly billed me and my husband on two separate occasions now. Both times, it's been the follow up appointments. They haven't made it clear that I would be billed for the follow up separately. Why on earth would I pay £22.70 for an 8 minute appointment to check that I've been flossing correctly??? If I'd known in advance, there's no way I would have gone. They did the same to my husband. The dentist herself was lovely, it's the billing that's the issue.
