very helpful very honest very professional fantastic staff to explain we sold our house through Brian cox during the worst possible time example the Brexit down turn in house sales and then the Covid 19 virus. this caused us no end of worry but the staff at Brian cox kept there cool and put me at ease and sold the house at a very good price any paper work that i did not understand Mr Paul Budd the manager/directorof the north harrow branch phoned me and invited me to the office and went through everything cant ask for a better service absolutly 100% top class agent highly recommend the whole team
