Excuse us but your customer service has given a wrong address and now we have to wait for an another 20 days. I am speechless and super stressful as the only place I can sit in this home is the mattress and dining chairs. It's really disappointing to see a big company like BO Concept to handle this matter this way. I have zero respect and admiration for the company.
