This complaint is regarding the service that we had from Harrods London Bo Concept. Firstly it was not the first time we've purchased furniture from BO Concept. We were very happy to be served with a great team in the beginning and were quite happy with the satusfactory fast order and delivery policy of the company. However as me and my husband have been away for the month, we weren't here at the time of the delivery and our housekeeper has managed to help to the assembly team. When we were back to London we have been devastated. The Hamilton sofa that we've ordered was in royal navy velvet fabric which looked perfect from the outside. However the comfort of the sofa is so dissatisfying that we do not want to spend ANY time on the sofa at all. We have been trying someone from the company to come and see the product for a very long time but noone has arrived. To be honest with you I think of nothing but had such a bad experience overall with the comfort and after sales customer service. Now, as someone who is expecting, we are still awaiting for an independent upholster to come and analyse the comfort of the sofa. We are very unhappy with our purchase and we want nothing but BO Concept to remake or exchange it with an another product as the price is quite high. The other problem was that our interior designer has helped us quite much but unfortunately designed the allocation of the products by the image of the floorplan in the lettings advertisement of our apt. The floorplan was listed as not accurate on it so even if we had a site visit, there was no real plan of the house which the allocation would be done in. So after tracing off the floorplan we came to a point to purchase an armchair as we thought that there would be space. What happened is that the living area is not big enough to have it since the measurements were not accurate since it was traced off there was a huge difference with the computer drawing and the reality. We have been trying to refund or exchange it for three weeks but the team has not confirmed anything yet. It'a quite sad as the prices are super high and the service that we received is quite dissatisfactory. I am super sad about it and literally don't have any idea what we should do...I have never returned or sold any furniture but I came to a point where this has become a torture instead of comfort and luxury.
