Bigfoot Digital created a strategy to utilise a mixture of organic and paid growth (via Facebook advertising) to promote the Facebook page to our key demographic (UK based, predominantly women, with young children and/or pregnant) and within 5 months the page had in excess of 50,000 followers. Continued account management now means the page is now followed by over 148,000 people.
