The holiday was a two venue stay with interconnecting flights and transfers to celebrate my wife's birthday ... all perfect. The first venue, Koh Samui, an inspired choice in Sareeraya Villas & Suites, we elected to have one of the Villas with plunge and view of the beach ... 5star all the way. It was just a few steps from a good sized infinity pool and the Chef's Table for a fabulous breakfast, the staff couldn't do enough for us. Beach bums at heart the location right on Chaweng beach was perfect ... beach bars to the left and right were charming, especially at night. The second venue was Singapore, again the choice of Hotel (Parkroyal Collection) was superb, more so with the Collection package, so top floor with view of the Marina ... just a short walk to the Gardens by the Bay, a must see and Raffles Hotel for a gin sling on my wife's birthday. Maybe a little tired in respect of decor but still well cared for and 4.5star, with a full refit due this year it will be spectacular I'm sure ... once again all the staff were very engaging and couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was perfect. So Karl and his team translated my brief perfectly, I cannot thank you all enough.
