Sharon started helping me with my fear of flying and with gentle relaxation techniques I made it abroad and had a wonderful holiday. Even though coming home was scary in Storm Darragh I coped and will be flying again. I carried on seeing Sharon and she has helped me to prioritise and consequently destress moving forward. I still use my relaxation recording every day. I would recommend Believe & Achieve to anyone, thank you Sharon
