From start to finish, the whole process was excellent. An Online request was processed effectively and efficiently. I was contacted by telephone shortly after the request was submitted. A Home appointment was arranged and everything was sorted there and then - very cordial, polite, professional and much appreciated. Everything explained very clearly including likely date when blinds would be ready for installation. Installation took 30 minutes to fit 2 vertical binds - very efficient, polite, cordial, very tidy with no mess. Payment was made so easy. Receipt received in good time.
