Rather a late review, but I finally have internet in the new home and cope better with typing off the phone. What a journey it's been to sell and buy! Ian, Natalie and Elli were marvellous, from going through our heartbreak at being let down virtually on exchange to getting new buyers immediately. They knew that certain circumstances had held up the sale for quite some time (a through-floor lift that everyone was scared of dealing with) and the joy of finally being able to start a new life in a completely different area, in a much wanted bungalow was their aim to achieve for us. The trio worked so hard to help us to realise our dream, with a great description of our house, with great photos as well. Even we would have bought the place if we hadn't already lived there! They stayed on the phone and emails all the time with the solicitors and buyers and kept us up to date with everything. Nothing was too much trouble and we appreciated everything that they did for us. We would highly recommend them to anyone in the area.
