We had Matt Terrell come out to value our home in early Feb 2020 and talk us through what the market is doing and what options we have for the future. Matt was very knowledge and friendly, we felt at ease with him right away and he gave us some really great advice. He knew a lot about the local area and different property options. We will definitely use Alexander and co again and will be keeping in touch with Matt. We were provided with a detailed Alexander and Co pack also which was really handy about our property and the local area.
