Everything is fine. Sophie is cracking and if I send her email she responds quickly and gets on with it, any problems are resolved promptly. Sophie is pretty good, I've got to give her her dues. I have had very few issues over the 10 months and I am hoping to continue with them when my contract comes to an end.
